| TECHNICAL DETAILS OF BACTAZYME |
BACTAZYME is an enzyme in BACTERIAL BASE. This enzyme is found having a linkage of 1.4 D-Glucosidic in a starch known as gelatinized into soluble dextrin and oligosaccharides. The side enzyme conducts the following activities |
- Hydrolyse water-soluble cellulose derivatives like methyl and carboxymethyl cellulose.
- Hydrolyse Poly Vinyl Alcohol (PVA)
- Hydrolyse the natural gums

There is no direct or indirect relation with the colour of the enzyme and it’s strength. A colour variation can be found in separate batches. The enzyme is highly activated under the temperature between 60 degree & 80 degree centigrade and pH of 6 & 8 Temperature: 60 degree C to 80 degree C optimum range & pH : 6 to 8 in optimum range. |

| USEFUL FIELD & METHOD
|
|
BACTAZYME is widely using in desizing of fabrics like cotton, cotton –polyester blends and polyester and viscose blend etc. BACTAZYME is medium temperature bacterial based desizing enzyme: and act as a desizing agent and hydrolyses the unwanted additives and starch into soluble dextrins. If required more stability: it is recommended to add a little calcium in the enzyme while using.

| OTHER USEFUL DETAILS
|
|
BACTAZYME is available in 25 Kgs. Fibre drum as well as 50 Kgs HDPE bags packing for convenient of users.
We strongly suggest that BACTAZYME should be stored in cool and dry place. If the enzyme will keep under 25° C the same can keep it's declared activity more than six months
Notwithstanding the fact, there is no need for our technical advice to the users, we are willing to give further assistance if anybody required the details.
